The State XC Meet will be at Mitch Park in Edmond on Sat, Oct. 31.
The coaches meeting is at 9:00am.
4A Girls run at 10:00am
4A Boys at 10:45am
The bus will leave from the HS gym at 6:45am.
The awards assembly follows the boy's race.
Here is a map for directions, however be aware that there is construction on Covell so we will be exiting I-35 and going west on Danforth to avoid the detour.

Regional XC Meet Oct. 24, 2009
Both teams qualified for State today at the Regional in Norman.
The girls finished 4th in a tough 4A field led by Chelsea Gillum who placed 7th with a time of 13:04 and Shay Grove who was 9th in 13:11. Both runners received silver medals and earned All-Region status.
Our young boy's team ran well also and placed 6th overall. The top 7 teams at each of the two Regions qualify for the State Meet which is Sat. Oct. 31 at Mitch Park in Edmond.

Entry is $5 for Adults and Students.
Our site is behind Irving Middle School in Norman. Here are directions from their website:
From the South: EAST Highway 9 exit off of I-35 (108A) and travel East for 3.5 miles until you come to 24th Avenue, take a left (North) for 2 miles. The NHS Soccer complex will be on your left (west side of 24th) where you will have plenty of room to park buses.
